At BAOPROD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This page provides all the information you need about managing your orders and our return policy.
1. Placing an Order
Ordering from BAOPROD is simple and secure:
- Browse our catalog and add items to your cart
- Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information
- Select your preferred payment method
- Review your order and confirm your purchase
- Receive an order confirmation email with your order number
2. Order Status & Tracking
Stay informed about your order every step of the way:
- Order Confirmed: Your payment has been processed
- Processing: We’re preparing your items for shipment
- Shipped: Your order is on its way with tracking information
- Delivered: Your package has arrived
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order:
- Contact us immediately at support@baoprod.com
- Include your order number and requested changes
- We will confirm if the modification is possible
4. Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn: Items must be in their original condition
- Original packaging: Include all original packaging and materials
- Tags attached: All tags and labels must still be attached
- Complete: All components and accessories must be included
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
- Personalized or customized products
- Intimate items or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Items returned after the 30-day window
6. How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email support@baoprod.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Send the package using the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier
- Receive Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we’ve received and processed your return
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund:
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days after receiving the return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Bank Processing: May take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We recommend placing the new order early to ensure availability
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Choose between a full refund or replacement
10. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately with your order number
- Keep the item in its original condition
- We will send a prepaid return label
- The correct item will be shipped as soon as possible
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company (processing can take time)
- Contact your payment provider (PayPal, etc.)
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us
